Dubai AI Campus Inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum at DIFC Innovation Hub

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, recently inaugurated the Dubai AI Campus cluster at the Innovation Hub, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). This launch is part of the annual Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence (DUB.AI), aimed at accelerating AI adoption in various sectors to drive innovation in AI businesses and talents.

Sheikh Hamdan highlighted Dubai’s strategic plans to advance AI adoption in alignment with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The Dubai AI Campus at DIFC is expected to double economic growth and increase AI’s contribution to Dubai and the UAE’s GDP.

The Dubai AI Campus is the largest dedicated cluster of AI and advanced tech in the MENA region, contributing to Dubai’s economic growth goals. It aligns with Dubai’s vision to become a global hub for the digital economy, attracting tech businesses and fostering innovation across sectors.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by key dignitaries, including the Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, underscoring the importance of AI and digital technologies in Dubai’s economic landscape.

The Dubai AI Campus will offer unique AI licenses, facilitate tech partnerships with leading companies, and host the premier Dubai AI and Web3 Festival to showcase the city’s commitment to future technology. With a focus on innovation and digital transformation, Dubai is poised to become a global leader in AI adoption and tech integration.
