FedEx Appoints Abdulrahman Al-Mubarak as Managing Director Operations of Saudi Arabia

Federal Express Corporation has announced the appointment of Abdulrahman Al-Mubarak as the new Managing Director Operations of Saudi Arabia. With over 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance, business development, and strategic planning in the aviation and logistics industry, Abdulrahman is set to lead FedEx’s operations in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Jordan.

In a statement, Taarek Hinedi, Vice President of FedEx Middle East and Africa Operations, expressed confidence in Abdulrahman’s ability to unlock trade and expansion opportunities in the Middle East. This region is expected to significantly contribute to the growth of global trade, with projections indicating a rise from US$21 trillion in 2023 to over US$32 trillion by 2030.

Abdulrahman expressed his honor in joining the FedEx family and emphasized his focus on enhancing collaborations with authorities, improving services and connectivity, and enabling local businesses to leverage global trade opportunities. With his leadership, FedEx aims to accelerate growth for customers by providing enhanced access to global markets.
