Technology Innovation Institute Releases Falcon Mamba 7B: A Leading State Space Language Model

The Technology Innovation Institute (TII) has once again proven its leadership in the world of scientific research with the release of the Falcon Mamba 7B, the newest addition to its Falcon series of large language models. This latest model has been independently verified by Hugging Face as the number one globally performing open source State Space Language Model (SSLM), setting a new benchmark in the industry.

Breaking away from traditional transformer-based architecture, the Falcon Mamba 7B represents a groundbreaking shift in AI technology. H.E. Faisal Al Bannai, Secretary General of ATRC, emphasized the significance of this achievement, stating that it solidifies Abu Dhabi’s position as a global hub for AI research and development.
