ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation, is set to showcase its advanced cybersecurity solutions at GISEC Global 2026, scheduled for September 16-18 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC), Expo City. The company will highlight its comprehensive IT management portfolio at booth H7, B155, emphasizing unified security platforms, endpoint security, and identity and access management (IAM), with a particular focus on AI-driven capabilities integrated into its offerings.

This year, AI-powered automation takes center stage for ManageEngine at GISEC. The company will introduce Zia Agents, its proprietary AI-driven autonomous agents, designed to enhance the efficiency of IT and security operations. These agents can be deployed across ManageEngine’s digital enterprise management suite, operating within a secure and privacy-compliant framework to orchestrate and execute tasks from start to finish. On the security side, Zia Agents automate critical processes such as access reviews, alert correlation, investigations, EDR triage, and device diagnostics, thereby reducing manual workloads and allowing security teams to concentrate on more strategic decisions.
Focus on Identity Security
As identity security becomes increasingly vital for organizations, ManageEngine will also present Identity Access, the latest addition to its Identity360 cloud-based IAM platform. This solution offers unified, directory-independent access management across the entire workforce, applications, endpoints, and infrastructure, even extending to the most challenging environments to secure, including hybrid and multi-OS systems, as well as unmanaged or non-domain-joined estates.
Sujoy Banerjee, Regional Business Director for ManageEngine, highlighted the complexities faced by businesses in the Middle East, stating, “One of the biggest challenges today is managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure, remote users, multiple endpoints, and applications while navigating the threat landscape and a shortage of skilled IT and security professionals.” He emphasized that while AI is becoming integral to IT strategies, its adoption must not compromise security or governance. “AI should assist teams in automating repetitive tasks, improving incident resolution, identifying anomalies, and making quicker decisions, all while maintaining visibility into data usage and access,” he added.
