BMC Helix is set to host its annual roadshow for enterprise IT leaders at The Museum of the Future in Dubai on October 22, focusing on the integration of AI-powered ServiceOps into IT operations. The event will feature insights from BMC’s senior leadership on leveraging AI to enhance IT service management and operational efficiency, alongside customer success stories and hands-on sessions.

Ali Siddiqui, President and CEO of BMC Helix, emphasized the significance of the UAE government’s initiative to transition 50% of government sectors to agentic AI, stating, “The UAE government’s mandate reflects that the UAE has moved on from experimentation to execution.” This aligns with the UAE National AI Strategy 2031, which aims to embed AI into everyday operations securely and scalably.

Event Highlights and Objectives

The roadshow will include practical sessions on incident management, workflow automation, and IT service management, allowing participants to explore how AI can streamline operations. Salman Kazmi, Vice President for the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Eastern Europe at BMC Helix, noted that organizations are increasingly seeking specific guidance on integrating AI with existing tools and meeting data-residency requirements.

“Teams want to understand how AI and automation fit alongside the tools they already run,” Kazmi explained, highlighting the roadshow’s goal of sharing practical experiences to help teams work more proactively.

Guest Speaker and Industry Perspectives

The event will also feature Raha Moharrak, the first Saudi woman to summit Mount Everest, who will discuss resilience and the challenges of pursuing ambitious goals. This addition aims to inspire attendees as they navigate the complexities of implementing AI in their organizations.

As BMC Helix prepares for the roadshow, the focus remains on demonstrating how AI can be effectively integrated into enterprise IT environments, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and scaling AI adoption across the region.
