San Jose detectives made a major bust, arresting two individuals accused of selling illegal drugs on the dark web. The investigation began on Nov. 25 when officers pulled over a vehicle and found various illegal narcotics, leading them to obtain a search warrant for the driver’s residence in San Jose. Inside the residence, police discovered firearms, cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, opioids, and other pharmaceutical drugs for sale. They also found evidence that narcotics were being shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.

The primary suspect, Joshua Jordan, 36, was identified as the one in possession of the seized items. Further investigation revealed that Jordan was selling illegal narcotics on the dark web, accepting cryptocurrency as the only form of payment. A secondary suspect, 36-year-old Jonathan Correll Jr., was also identified as allegedly conspiring with Jordan to traffic narcotics online.

On March 22, both suspects were arrested, and during the execution of search warrants, detectives found several hundred grams of illegal narcotics, firearms, ammunition, and cash. Jordan and Correll Jr. were booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail for suspected crimes of illegal narcotics trafficking and possession of illegal firearms.

This significant arrest highlights the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to crack down on illegal drug trafficking, especially in the dark web. Anyone with information about this case is urged to contact San Jose police.
