Synechron Acquires Cloobees – A Global Salesforce Summit Partner

Synechron, a leading digital transformation consulting firm, has announced the acquisition of Cloobees, a top-tier Salesforce implementation partner. This strategic move aims to strengthen Synechron’s global Salesforce capabilities and expand its industry expertise in key markets.

Cloobees, headquartered in Central and Eastern Europe, brings over 800 Salesforce certifications to Synechron, with a specialization in telecommunications, insurance, energy, and utilities industries. The acquisition also provides Synechron with a significant presence in the region, along with additional offices in the UK and India.

The collaboration between Synechron and Cloobees will enable the delivery of large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations to enterprise clients worldwide. This partnership further enhances Synechron’s ability to address the evolving needs of its clients by combining Cloobees’ expertise with Synechron’s innovative approach to digital transformation.

Faisal Husain, Co-founder and CEO of Synechron, expressed his excitement about the acquisition, emphasizing how it enhances the company’s service offerings to meet the complex challenges faced by clients. The three co-founders of Cloobees, Jakub Wasielewski, Miko Dolata, and Filip Kohman, also shared their enthusiasm for joining forces with Synechron to accelerate growth and expand their services to a broader range of clients.

As Synechron integrates Cloobees’ Salesforce expertise and industry knowledge into its operations, the company is poised to drive Salesforce-driven digital transformations across various sectors. The founders of Cloobees will play a key role in leading Synechron’s global Salesforce practice, adding their team of over 220 professionals to Synechron’s global delivery network.
