Al Ansari Exchange Launches Cash Payout Service for ILOE Claims

New Initiative with ILOE’s Insurance Pool

Al Ansari Exchange has introduced a cash payout service specifically for Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE) insurance claims. This new offering is in collaboration with ILOE’s Insurance Pool PSC and aims to provide a vital financial service to individuals impacted by job loss.

Extensive Reach Across the UAE

This convenient service is available at over 270 Al Ansari Exchange branches located throughout the UAE. The initiative is part of the company’s broader strategy to enhance its financial service portfolio, catering specifically to insured individuals participating in the ILOE scheme.

ILOE Insurance Overview

The ILOE insurance scheme, overseen by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE), is designed to offer cash benefits to eligible insured individuals during unemployment. With the launch of this cash payout service, beneficiaries can now access their funds easily and quickly through Al Ansari Exchange’s expansive network.

Timely Financial Support

Ali Al Najjar, Chief Operating Officer of Al Ansari Exchange, emphasized the importance of providing accessible financial solutions across all sectors of society. “This new cash payout service for ILOE claims ensures that beneficiaries receive timely support when they need it most,” he noted. By collaborating with ILOE’s Insurance Pool, Al Ansari Exchange aims to enhance the overall customer experience by streamlining the claims payout process.

Expanding Services for Customers

Previously, Al Ansari Exchange primarily focused on serving as a channel for premium collections related to the ILOE scheme. The current expansion allows customers to collect their claims payouts in cash directly at any of their branches, offering a more immediate solution to those facing financial hardship due to unemployment.

Commitment to Quality Standards

Abdellatif Abuqurah, Chairman of ILOE’s Insurance Pool, highlighted the commitment to high-quality service standards as part of this new initiative. He explained that the additional payout option facilitates easier access to compensation for subscribers, aligning with the government’s vision for social support.

Claim Submission Process

For individuals looking to claim their benefits, it is crucial to submit claims within 30 days of unemployment. Claims can be processed through the ILOE Scheme website, the ILOE mobile application, or by contacting the ILOE call center at 600599555. Customers can also track the status of their claims through these platforms, ensuring a smooth process from submission to payout.

Supporting Workforce Financial Well-Being

This new cash payout service underscores Al Ansari Exchange’s commitment to boosting the financial wellbeing of the UAE’s workforce. By offering timely and accessible financial solutions, the company is responding effectively to the community’s needs, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in difficult times.

Through initiatives like this, Al Ansari Exchange continues to focus on customer-centric solutions that address the challenges faced by many, particularly in uncertain employment conditions.
