Blackline Safety to Unveil Innovative Solutions at NSC 2025

Blackline Safety Corp is gearing up to showcase its latest software enhancements at the 2025 National Safety Council (NSC) Safety Congress & Expo. This event will take place in Denver, Colorado, from September 12 to 18, 2025.

Enhancements to Blackline Live

Among the exciting developments being presented is an update to Blackline Live, the company’s cloud-based safety platform. These enhancements are focused on improving safety operations and ensuring compliance within various industries.

New Features Aimed at Strengthening Safety

The upcoming updates include comprehensive upgrades designed to automate tasks and increase efficiency. One of the standout features is the updated Bulk Actions tool, which allows users to manage multiple alerts, zones, and team members concurrently. This streamlining of fleet management processes promises to save organizations significant time and resources.

Another key addition is the Alert Notification Manager. This tool provides real-time browser pop-up notifications for active safety events, ensuring critical alerts are promptly addressed. Additionally, the SMS Number Assignment feature offers enhanced reliability for SMS alerts, making safety communication more effective across various regions.

Improved Worker Protection

In terms of worker safety, the Sensor Readings page will offer live data from devices, enabling quicker responses to any abnormal readings. The new AlertLink feature allows alerts to be shared between nearby devices, supporting rapid team reactions during emergencies. Updated analytics and alerts reporting will also provide clearer insights into incidents and how they’re managed.

Revamped Loner App for Enhanced Safety

The Loner mobile app is also receiving substantial improvements. This upgraded version will cater to lower-risk lone workers who may not need rugged gas detection devices, allowing them to utilize their smartphones for added safety measures.

Introducing ZoneAware: Enhanced Geofencing Capabilities

One of the most anticipated features is ZoneAware, a powerful new geofencing capability. This tool allows safety teams to keep tabs on contractors, employees, and devices within specific areas. Developed in response to customer demand, ZoneAware enhances real-time visibility while optimizing resources and tracking the time spent in high-risk zones.

Insights from Industry Leaders at the NSC

Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from Yves Carrier, Blackline’s Business Development Director. He will discuss how organizations can utilize safety data and artificial intelligence to make informed, proactive decisions that enhance compliance and minimize risk. His presentation is scheduled for September 16, from 10:30 to 10:50 am MT at the Safety Huddle booth.

With these innovative solutions, Blackline Safety aims to redefine safety standards and improve operational efficiency for organizations across various sectors. Attendees are encouraged to visit booth #1506 for an exclusive preview of the new features.
