Cyber security leader CrowdStrike recently made headlines at its Fal.Con event in Las Vegas, announcing significant enhancements aimed at fortifying its Falcon platform within the ever-evolving enterprise AI ecosystem. By teaming up with major technology players such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Intel, Meta, NVIDIA, and Salesforce, CrowdStrike aims to broaden its scope and capabilities in AI security.

The newly formed collaborations focus on strengthening the security of cloud life cycles, endpoints, workloads, and software as a service (SaaS) applications. This initiative targets the critical areas of shadow AI detection and the protection of AI agents against potential manipulation.

Integrations That Enhance Security Frameworks

As part of its strategy, CrowdStrike is integrating Falcon security into several advanced platforms. This includes Amazon’s SageMaker, Bedrock, and AWS Marketplace, along with Intel’s AI PCs powered by neural processing units (NPUs). Additionally, the collaboration extends to Meta’s evaluation tools, NVIDIA’s large language model (LLM) workflows, and Salesforce’s Agentforce platform.

Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike, articulated the company’s mission: “Securing AI is not just about technology – it’s about securing the full ecosystem where AI is built, deployed, and used.” This comprehensive approach underscores the importance of holistic strategies in cyber security.

Establishing New Standards for AI in Security Operations

In a noteworthy development, CrowdStrike has partnered with Meta to unveil CyberSOCEval, an open-source benchmark suite aimed at evaluating the performance of large language models in practical security contexts. This initiative builds upon Meta’s CyberSecEval and utilizes CrowdStrike’s robust threat intelligence.

The evaluation benchmarks focus on critical areas such as incident response, malware analysis, and adversary simulations. As Vincent Gonguet, Director of Product for GenAI at Superintelligence Labs at Meta, stated, “Our collaboration with CrowdStrike introduces a new open-source benchmark suite to evaluate the capabilities of LLMs in real-world security scenarios.” This suite is expected to provide organizations with essential metrics for AI adoption in security operations centers (SOCs), while also offering developers a framework to enhance model performance.

Proven Success and Record Returns for Partners

CrowdStrike also shared compelling findings from research conducted by Canalys, showcasing the impressive returns partners can achieve by leveraging the Falcon platform. According to the research, for every dollar spent on Falcon, partners can generate approximately $7 in service revenue.

System integrators, managed service providers (MSPs), managed security service providers (MSSPs), and resellers are among the global partners experiencing significant growth through CrowdStrike’s Falcon Next-Gen Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). Notably, almost half of the generated service value is driven from managed offerings, highlighting Falcon’s potential as a growth engine for partners within the channel.

Daniel Bernard remarked on the findings: “Canalys’ insights reinforce how the Falcon platform is in a league of its own, setting a new standard for partner opportunity.” This sentiment captures the essence of CrowdStrike’s marketing and operational strategy, emphasizing the value it brings to its partners.
