Once an order was placed, Tolin utilized the United States Postal Service and UPS for nationwide shipping. For local deliveries within Suffolk County, she even employed Uber to transport the drugs directly to customers. Payments for these transactions were made through cryptocurrency, which Tolin would later convert into cash, demonstrating a level of sophistication in her operation that combined technical savvy with criminal intent.

The tide turned for Tolin when law enforcement executed a search warrant at her residence in Centereach on March 14, 2025. Inside her garage, officers uncovered substantial quantities of fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine, alongside vital evidence of her operation including computers, cell phones, and even packaging materials intended for drug shipments.
