Highlights from World CyberCon India 2024: Dignitaries, Speakers, and Networking Opportunities

The 4th Edition of World CyberCon India 2024, organized by The Cyber Express, commenced with a grand ceremonial lamp lighting ceremony attended by a prestigious panel of dignitaries. Among them were Lt. Gen. (Dr) Rajesh Pant, the Former National Cyber Security Coordinator at the Prime Minister’s Office, Government of India, and Sumnesh Joshi, Deputy Director General (Joint Secretary Level) of the Ministry of Communications.

The event featured insightful speeches from industry leaders, with Sumnesh Joshi emphasizing the need for robust cybersecurity measures in India’s digital ecosystem. Lt. Gen. (Dr) Rajesh Pant highlighted the importance of protecting national digital assets in the face of globalization’s impact on cyberspace.

A diverse range of experts, including B Shanker Jaiswal, JCP of Delhi Police, and Kalpesh Doshi, Group CISO at HDFC Life, shared their insights on cybersecurity strategies. Panel discussions led by Ankit Sharma, Senior Director & Head of Solution Engineering at Cyble, delved into cyber threat intelligence and digital transformation in the BFSI sector.

The event also provided networking opportunities for C-level executives, government officials, and industry leaders to connect and exchange best practices. With over 150 attendees from various sectors, World CyberCon India served as a platform for exploring business prospects and forming valuable partnerships.
