The agency successfully organized, managed, and delivered services for a total of 442 events, which encompassed a diverse range of activities including exhibitions, conferences, entertainment, sports, and cultural events.

The portfolio included 84 exhibitions, 16 conferences, 26 entertainment and sports events, 3 fashion shows, 6 corporate gatherings, and 13 graduation ceremonies, alongside 186 outdoor events held throughout the UAE. This extensive range underscores the agency’s capability to cater to various sectors and audiences.
In the exhibitions domain, DXB LIVE hosted several high-profile international events. Notably, the World of Coffee exhibition attracted around 17,000 industry visitors from 78 countries. This event has seen a fourfold growth over the past four years, with the 2025 edition expanding to 20,000 square meters—a 30% increase from the previous year.
Regional Expansion and Collaboration
DXB LIVE’s growth trajectory also included an expansion into the Kingdom of Bahrain, where it organized the inaugural Bahrain Coffee Festival in partnership with the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority. This event drew more than 10,000 visitors, marking a successful entry into the Bahraini market.
The agency’s conference segment was equally impressive, with 16 international conferences organized, including the General Conference of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), which represents over 50,000 members across 137 countries, and the Universal Postal Union (UPU) Congress, a specialized agency of the United Nations representing 192 countries.
Enhancing Security and Safety in Events
The World Police Summit, organized in collaboration with Dubai Police, showcased the agency’s commitment to safety and security in large gatherings. This summit attracted 922 police leaders, specialists, and diplomats, along with 53,922 visitors from over 110 countries, reflecting a staggering increase of more than 300% compared to the previous edition. Such events highlight the importance of cybersecurity and public safety measures in managing large-scale gatherings.
In addition to the World Police Summit, DXB LIVE also organized the MEIDAM International Conference for dermatology and aesthetics, which was launched in Dubai and had its first edition in Morocco. This diversification into scientific and medical events illustrates the agency’s adaptability and responsiveness to emerging trends in the event management landscape.
Innovation in Exhibition Design
In the realm of exhibition stand design and build, DXB LIVE delivered 286 innovative stands for various companies and organizations, covering approximately 450,000 square feet both locally and internationally. This included 44 stands in 13 global cities, such as Australia, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, Italy, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. The emphasis on innovative design not only enhances the visual appeal of exhibitions but also integrates technology and security measures, crucial for safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring a seamless visitor experience.
Cultural and Community Engagement
DXB LIVE also played a vital role in fostering cultural and community engagement through events like the Hatta Cultural Nights for the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority and the Hatta Gatherings initiative, developed in collaboration with the Community Development Authority and Brand Dubai. These events not only promote local culture but also enhance community ties, which are essential for a cohesive society.
Khalid Al Hammadi, Executive Vice President of DXB LIVE, emphasized the agency’s commitment to supporting the exhibitions and events industry in Dubai and the broader region. He noted that the strong performance in 2025 reflects the growing trust in their services by organizers of major events, both locally and internationally.

Looking ahead, DXB LIVE is poised to continue its trajectory of growth and innovation. The agency delivered integrated event services for several major global exhibitions and conferences in 2025, including GITEX Global, GITEX Africa, GITEX Berlin, Gulfood, Beautyworld, Automechanika, Saudi Food Show, and Arabian Travel Market.
