Intersec 2025’s 26th Edition Shatters Records, Showcasing the Future of Security
DUBAI—The 26th edition of Intersec, held last month at the Dubai World Trade Centre, marked a groundbreaking milestone in the event’s history, attracting an unprecedented 1,209 exhibitors from 61 countries, a notable 9% increase from the previous year. The exhibition spanned 61,000 square meters, reflecting a 20% surge in space utilization, and was inaugurated under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The three-day event welcomed a staggering 47,300 visitors from 142 countries, all eager to explore innovations across key sectors including Cybersecurity, Homeland Security, Fire & Rescue, and Safety & Health. This year’s theme, “Mapping the Future of Security, Safety, and Fire Protection,” was prominently featured through cutting-edge technology demonstrations and focused forums such as the newly launched Intersec Policing Conference and the CISO Business Briefing.
Wajahat Hussain, Show Manager for Messe Frankfurt Middle East, expressed excitement at the event’s success, stating, “Intersec has once again proven to be the premier platform for global leaders and innovators to converge.” The conference featured more than 50 expert speakers, including senior officials from INTERPOL and the Abu Dhabi Police, who discussed pressing topics on policing in the digital age.
The Intersec Startup Arena received attention for its partnership with Ignyte, providing startups the chance to showcase disruptive solutions to industry leaders and investors. Furthermore, several Memorandums of Understanding were signed during the event, demonstrating growing collaborations in the field.
Highlighting the accomplishments within the community, the 4th annual Intersec Awards recognized outstanding contributions from organizations such as Dubai Civil Defense and NAFFCO.
