KnowBe4 Releases Children’s Interactive Cybersecurity Activity Kit with New Resources

KnowBe4 has recently launched the latest version of the KnowBe4 Children’s Interactive Cybersecurity Activity Kit, a valuable resource for students under the age of 16 to help educate and protect them in an increasingly digital world. This kit is provided at no cost and includes a range of engaging and educational materials.

The kit features an AI safety video, a password video game, a cybersecurity activity book, and middle school lesson plans. One of the highlights of this release is the addition of a Roblox game called KnowBe4 Hack-A-Cat, designed to teach students about cybersecurity threats like phishing and ransomware.

To further enhance the educational value of the kit, a new lesson titled ‘Hack-A-Cat: Your Cybersecurity Adventure on Roblox’ has been introduced to help educators explain key concepts to students. Additionally, users can now download the kit’s content in SCORM format to integrate it into their Learning Management Systems or Virtual Learning Environments.

John Just, Chief Learning Officer at KnowBe4, expressed the company’s commitment to providing effective cybersecurity training for children. The kit includes modules on AI awareness, internet safety, password security, phishing awareness, and more. Supporting materials are also available for download in image and document formats.

KnowBe4 plans to continue expanding the Children’s Kit and Student Edition throughout the school year to address evolving threats and feedback from partner institutions. The KnowBe4 Children’s Interactive Cybersecurity Activity Kit is accessible to students, schools, teachers, and parents seeking to empower children with essential cybersecurity knowledge.
