He replaces Brian McCarthy, who has transitioned to another company after fostering a strong organizational culture that yielded consistent success.

Jesse Green brings nearly 25 years of go-to-market leadership experience to his new role, with almost three of those years spent at Rubrik. His career has been marked by significant achievements in driving teams during rapid expansion at several reputable companies including MongoDB, AppDynamics, and BMC Software. This extensive background equips him with the insights and expertise needed to navigate the complexities of the tech sector.

Positive Outlook from Leadership

Bipul Sinha, Rubrik’s Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, and Co-Founder, expressed enthusiasm over this appointment. “This is an exciting moment in time for Rubrik. Following our record third quarter, we just delivered a very strong fourth quarter with preliminary financial results exceeding all guided metrics,” he stated.
