Kaspersky convenes META region partners to address cybersecurity industry priorities

Kaspersky Hosts Largest Partner Conference for META Region in Phuket, Thailand

Kaspersky, a leading cybersecurity company, recently hosted its largest partner conference for the Middle East, Turkiye, and Africa (META) region in Phuket, Thailand. The event saw over 115 partner attendees from more than 65 companies coming together in mid-May to discuss the latest developments in the cybersecurity industry.

The conference highlighted Kaspersky’s successful growth in the META region in 2023, with a notable 19% increase in B2B growth. Top executives from Kaspersky presented the company’s innovative solutions, future vision, and cybersecurity industry trends during the event.

Eugene Kaspersky, the Founder and CEO of Kaspersky, delivered a keynote address focusing on the company’s business operations and the importance of partners in shaping the future of IT. He emphasized the role of Cyber Immune solutions, particularly KasperskyOS, an operating system designed for Internet-connected embedded systems with specific cybersecurity requirements.

The conference also featured updates on Kaspersky’s product portfolio, including the newly launched Kaspersky Next product line with integrated XDR, Kaspersky Thin client 2.0 Cyber Immune solution, Kaspersky SD-WAN, and Kaspersky Container Security. Additionally, Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Solutions, offering cybersecurity assessment, training, Research Sandbox, and Digital Footprint Intelligence, were highlighted.

Partners and distributors were recognized and awarded in various categories such as Top Project Excellence Award, Strategic Partner of the Year, SMB Partner of The Year, and Channel Champion of the Year. Toufic Derbass, Managing Director for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at Kaspersky, expressed the company’s commitment to providing high-end cybersecurity solutions to partners and customers in the META region, ensuring their cybersecurity needs are met effectively.
