Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, Sinaha Technology Sign MoU to Accelerate Industry 4.0 Adoption in UAE Manufacturing

Abu Dhabi, UAE: The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sinaha Technology, a prominent Abu Dhabi-based firm, to enhance the integration of artificial intelligence, robotics, and Industry 4.0 solutions within the UAE’s manufacturing sector. This strategic partnership aims to bolster the UAE’s position as a leader in advanced industrial practices.

The MoU was formalized by Fatma AlMheiri, Director of Technology Adoption and Development at MoIAT, and Mubarak Abed Nasser Doman AlAmeri, Authorized Director at Sinaha Technology. The signing took place during the Make it in the Emirates 2026 event, with notable attendees including H.E. Mansour Mohamed Salem Kardous Alameri, Deputy CEO of Sinaha Technology, and H.E. Osama Fadhel, Assistant Undersecretary of Industrial Accelerators at MoIAT.

Advancing Industry 4.0 Solutions

Sinaha Technology is set to collaborate with high-potential manufacturers to develop comprehensive technology roadmaps. This initiative will facilitate the transition from assessment to execution of Industry 4.0 solutions, ultimately leading to significant enhancements in productivity and operational efficiency.

Fatma AlMheiri emphasized MoIAT’s commitment to actualizing the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology. She stated that the partnership with Sinaha Technology is a crucial step in achieving the objectives of the Transform 4.0 initiative. This initiative aims to assist manufacturers in adopting advanced technologies, aligning production with market demands, and fostering the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the industrial sector.

Intelligent Warehouse Deployments

Mubarak AlAmeri highlighted Sinaha Technology’s recent advancements, including the launch of one of the UAE’s first intelligent warehouse systems. This deployment leverages locally engineered technologies to enable fully autonomous operations. The integration of robotics, software, and real-time decision-making is central to this initiative.

The company’s in-house Robotics Management System facilitates the coordination of multi-vendor robotic fleets, enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, Sinaha Technology is developing physics-based digital twin environments. These environments allow operators to design, test, and optimize logistics systems in a virtual setting, thereby minimizing risks and expediting real-world implementation.

Broader Implications for UAE Manufacturing

This partnership aligns with MoIAT’s broader strategy to empower UAE manufacturers to increase production, expand their market reach, and enhance export capabilities. The collaboration is expected to drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies across various sectors, thereby contributing to the UAE’s economic diversification efforts.

The Make it in the Emirates 2026 event, which is the fifth and largest edition to date, is organized by MoIAT in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, ADNOC, and L’IMAD, under the management of ADNEC Group.

The Role of MoIAT

The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology plays a pivotal role in shaping industrial policies and advancing technological transformation in the UAE. Established in July 2020, MoIAT aims to enhance the competitiveness of the national industrial sector and develop quality infrastructure. These initiatives are designed to support a sustainable and advanced industrial economy, recognizing the importance of industry in national security and economic stability.

MoIAT’s objectives include strengthening supply chain resilience, promoting technology transformation, and expanding access to global markets. The ministry focuses on accelerating the adoption of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies across critical sectors such as food security, healthcare, defense, space, aerospace, and the digital economy.

Furthermore, MoIAT enhances the national In-Country Value (ICV) program, supports entrepreneurship, and empowers Emirati talent, all of which contribute to the competitiveness of UAE-manufactured products in both local and international markets.
