Qlik Unveils Advanced AI Features to Enhance Decision-Making in Analytics

Qlik Unveils Groundbreaking AI Features to Transform Data Analytics

In a bold move to revolutionize data analytics, Qlik® has announced an expanded suite of capabilities for its Qlik Cloud Analytics™ solution. These enhancements aim to empower enterprises with tools that not only detect anomalies and forecast complex trends but also facilitate immediate action through embedded decision workflows.

Despite significant investments in AI and data, many organizations struggle to translate insights into actionable outcomes. A staggering 74% of enterprises have yet to deploy AI at scale, often drowning in a sea of dashboards without the means to act on the insights they provide. Brendan Grady, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Qlik’s Analytics Business Unit, emphasized the need for a platform that anticipates and contextualizes intelligence, allowing users to act swiftly within the analytics environment.

The new features include the Discovery Agent, which continuously scans performance metrics to surface critical risks and opportunities, and Multivariate Time Series Forecasting, designed to deliver sharper, more accurate forecasts by analyzing interdependent variables. Additionally, the Write Table feature allows users to annotate data live, enhancing in-context reviews, while the Table Recipe simplifies data preparation, enabling non-technical users to clean and format datasets effortlessly.

Olga Garagonich, Lead Manager of Data Visualization at BT Group, hailed these innovations as game-changers, stating they would enable earlier issue detection and more accurate forecasting without the delays of disconnected workflows.

These capabilities mark a significant shift for Qlik, transforming it from a mere system of insight into a robust system of execution. With private previews set for select customers later this year and general availability rolling out in summer 2025, Qlik is poised to redefine how enterprises leverage data for decision-making.
