Rafid Automotive Solutions Launches Convenient Door-to-Door Inspection Service

Streamlining Vehicle Inspections in Sharjah

During the holy month of Ramadan 2026, Rafid Automotive Solutions has introduced a new “Door-to-Door Inspection Service” in Sharjah, designed to make vehicle inspections more convenient and efficient. This innovative service allows customers to have their vehicles inspected without the need to visit a designated inspection center, thus simplifying the vehicle renewal process across the Emirate.

How the Door-to-Door Inspection Service Works

Customers interested in utilizing this service can easily book an inspection through the RAFID mobile application. Once the appointment is confirmed, a specialized team from RAFID will collect the vehicle directly from the customer’s location. The vehicle is then transported to the Al Azra Inspection Centre to complete the necessary renewal inspection. After the inspection is finalized, the vehicle is returned directly to the customer, ensuring a seamless experience.

Detailed Inspection Process

Rafid places a strong emphasis on high-quality service and attention to detail. To enjoy the benefits of this service, customers are required to provide their live location via the app and verify the vehicle and ownership details. To ensure prompt service, it’s advisable to book appointments at least one day in advance.

Timings and Accessibility

The Door-to-Door Inspection Service is available throughout Ramadan, operating daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with modified hours on Fridays, when services run from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This scheduling makes it easier for customers to find a time that fits their busy lives during the holy month.

Cost and Convenience

The service fee is set at AED 300, which includes vehicle collection, transportation, and the completion of the renewal inspection. This pricing structure saves customers both time and effort, promoting an efficient and hassle-free experience during what can often be a hectic period.

Customer Support

For those who have questions or need additional information, Rafid Vehicle Solutions encourages customers to reach out through their official channels or by calling 80092. The team is dedicated to providing the highest standards of professionalism and operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction.

About Rafid Vehicle Solutions

RAFID Vehicle Solutions operates under Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Government of Sharjah. This relationship underscores the company’s commitment to delivering quality services that align with governmental standards.

This new initiative reflects Rafid’s ongoing efforts to enhance vehicle inspection services and align them with customer needs, particularly during the busy Ramadan period. With the convenience of door-to-door inspections, vehicle owners can now focus more on their daily activities while ensuring their vehicles remain compliant and safe.
