Redington Gulf Launches "Reboot 2025" Initiative to Empower Channel Partners and Transition to Windows 11 Pro

Redington Gulf Launches ‘Reboot 2025’ Initiative to Empower Businesses Ahead of Windows 10 End of Support

In a bold move to safeguard businesses from looming cybersecurity threats, Redington Gulf has unveiled its ‘Reboot 2025’ initiative, aimed at facilitating a seamless transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11 Pro. As the deadline for Windows 10’s end of support approaches on October 14, 2025, the initiative seeks to educate and empower the channel ecosystem across the Middle East and Africa (MEA).

With the increasing risks associated with outdated technology, Redington Gulf is rallying its extensive network of channel partners, including major players like Microsoft and Intel, to drive awareness about the critical need for an upgrade. "Reboot 2025 will unite Redington, OEMs, and partners to expedite the Windows 10 End of Support refresh," stated Ronan Symth, Device Partner GTM Director at Microsoft. He emphasized the importance of understanding the potential risks of missing the deadline and highlighted the productivity and security enhancements offered by Windows 11.

Key components of the initiative include comprehensive training programs for channel partners, a sustainable trade-in program for old devices, and lifecycle management services tailored for businesses with large PC fleets. Jeetendra Berry, President of Redington Gulf’s End Point Solutions Group, remarked, "As the largest PC distributor in the region, we have a responsibility to ensure our partners advocate the benefits of AI PCs."

With AI-driven capabilities like Microsoft Copilot, Windows 11 Pro promises to enhance productivity and streamline operations, allowing businesses to focus on strategic growth. As Redington Gulf and Microsoft collaborate to equip organizations with the necessary tools and knowledge, ‘Reboot 2025’ stands as a pivotal initiative for businesses looking to embrace the future of technology.
