SentinelOne’s Bold Vision for AI Security Unveiled at OneCon 2025

As the digital landscape evolves, so too does the complexity of threats that organizations face, especially in an increasingly AI-driven world. At OneCon 2025, SentinelOne revealed a comprehensive strategy geared towards enhancing security measures tailored for artificial intelligence applications. With this initiative, the company aims not just to safeguard existing tools but to equip businesses for an era rife with new challenges and opportunities.

A Vision for an AI-Powered Future

At the heart of SentinelOne’s announcements is a clear and powerful message: enterprises should confidently harness the transformative potential of AI. “To do this effectively, you need to master two security disciplines—Security for AI and AI for Security,” explained Tomer Weingarten, CEO of SentinelOne. His vision extended beyond mere concepts; it focused on providing tangible platforms, tools, and strategies enabling businesses to implement AI securely and effectively.

During the event, attendees were introduced to an innovative portfolio designed specifically for securing AI systems. This suite addresses the unique vulnerabilities of AI tools, applications, and data pipelines, reflecting the need to protect against a new generation of cyber threats.

AI models, prompts, agents, and data pipelines have become critical attack surfaces for malicious entities. Recognizing this challenge, SentinelOne unveiled a new security suite aimed at taking control of emerging risks. This suite focuses on various aspects of GenAI use, including coding integrity and data confidentiality, thereby addressing the pressing need for organizations to secure their digital assets comprehensively.

Among the new offerings is the Prompt Security for Employees, which provides real-time visibility into the usage of AI by employees across over 15,000 platforms. Moreover, this tool helps in identifying and mitigating “Shadow AI” risks by preventing sensitive information from being inadvertently exposed.

For organizations that depend on coding tools, Prompt Security for AI Code Assistants ensures that any AI-generated code is scrutinized, successfully redacting confidential information and identifying potentially vulnerable outputs before they become part of production workflows.

Furthermore, the Prompt Security for AI Applications aims to safeguard custom-built AI solutions, ensuring comprehensive protection against various emerging threats. In its beta stage, the Prompt Security for Agentic AI offers unprecedented real-time monitoring and governance, facilitating a new standard in AI agent oversight.

Revolutionizing Data Management with AI-Ready Pipelines

After acquiring Observo AI, SentinelOne introduced a groundbreaking integration that propels its Singularity Platform into the realms of real-time data management. This AI-native data platform is designed to enhance the agility and efficiency of security operations. By uniting intelligent streaming data control with agentic AI-powered analytics, organizations can optimize their data pipelines for improved threat detection and faster automated responses.

The integration allows for seamless ingestion and normalization of vast data volumes from multiple sources, ensuring security teams have access to the most relevant information whenever they need it. This innovative approach not only enhances the capabilities of the existing SIEM but also stands as a testament to SentinelOne’s commitment to redefining what security can achieve in an AI-driven environment.

Advancing Agentic AI with Purple AI Enhancements

SentinelOne continues to innovate within its acclaimed agentic AI security analyst, Purple AI. The latest upgrades emphasize autonomous security measures, enabling security teams to transition from reactive to proactive defense strategies.

Features such as In-line Agentic Auto-investigations with Dynamic Reasoning, allow for comprehensive investigations with a single click, significantly reducing the time spent on triaging alerts. By combining human expertise with AI capabilities, security analysts can now focus on high-stakes incidents that require nuanced human judgment.

Moreover, the automated workflows through Purple AI’s integration with Singularity Hyperautomation aim to streamline actions and improve overall response times, allowing for an agile and responsive security posture.

Extending Capabilities to Third-party Applications

To further contribute to an ecosystem of secure AI experiences, SentinelOne introduced the Purple AI Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server. This server enables seamless integration between the Singularity Platform and a range of AI frameworks, fostering a collaborative environment where developers can create robust, agentic AI applications.

The adaptability and transparency of the MCP Server demonstrate SentinelOne’s foresight in creating a security landscape that is not only resilient but also collaborative.

As companies continue their journey into AI, the advancements unveiled at OneCon 2025 highlight SentinelOne’s commitment to not just keeping pace with technological developments, but leading the way in ensuring a secure future amidst the AI revolution.
