The new developments include the Shaza Riyadh Stables Resort, Mysk Residences Riyadh, and two hotels, Mysk Al Haramain 3 and 4, located in Makkah.

Aligning with Vision 2030

This move marks a major milestone for Shaza Hotels as it aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, which aims to bolster tourism and enhance destination development throughout the Kingdom. The agreements symbolize Shaza’s commitment to contributing to the country’s hospitality sector, emphasizing the importance of growth in tourism as a national priority.

A Global Ambition

In addition to the new projects in Saudi Arabia, Shaza Hotels has unveiled a robust pipeline valued at approximately $950 million, targeting various international locations, including the Maldives, Turkey, Kuwait, Indonesia, Iraq, the United States, Kenya, and Libya. This global reach reflects Shaza’s ambition to enhance its portfolio and appeal to a diverse audience.

Strategic Partnerships for Success

To execute these new Saudi projects, Shaza Hotels has partnered with prominent entities such as Al Rajhi Investments, FSM Hospitality Company, and Adante Realty LLC Oman.
