UAE Residents Embrace Smart Home Gifts This Festive Season, Survey Reveals

Dubai — As the festive season approaches, a recent survey by Researchscape International, commissioned by Yango Group, highlights the UAE’s growing affinity for technology-infused gifts. A striking 57% of residents expressed a preference for AI-powered smart speakers, such as the Yasmina smart speaker, over 22 other smart device options.

This trend underscores a shift in gifting preferences, with families increasingly seeking presents that enhance shared experiences and convenience. The survey revealed that 51% of respondents favor gifts that the entire family can enjoy together, while 45% are drawn to smart devices that offer both entertainment and practicality. Additionally, 49% prioritize gifts that improve their home environment.

Swithin D’Silva, Director of International Business at Yasmina, noted, “With the festive season already underway, Yasmina speakers seem to tick all the boxes for UAE customers looking to give their friends, colleagues, and loved ones a truly special gift. Their powerful sound, stylish design, and smart home features, along with the built-in human-like AI assistant, make them the perfect gift this holiday season.”

The Yasmina smart speaker not only delivers an immersive audio experience but also serves as a central hub for controlling connected devices through voice commands. Users can create an interconnected audio space throughout their homes, enhancing the overall entertainment experience.

With advanced AI capabilities, Yasmina can engage in natural conversations in both English and Arabic, simplifying daily tasks and decision-making. As the demand for smart home technology continues to rise, Yasmina speakers are poised to become the must-have gift this holiday season, available at various retail and online outlets across the UAE.
