E& UAE Opens Second AI-Powered EASE Store in Dubai Mall

e& UAE, a leading telecom provider, has unveiled its second AI-powered autonomous store, EASE (e& Autonomous Store Experience), at Dubai Mall. This innovative concept follows the success of the first AI-powered telecom store launched in 2023 at the Al Kifaf building.

Hatem Dowidar, Group Chief Executive Officer of e&, expressed excitement about expanding the EASE concept to Dubai Mall, stating, “EASE is more than a store; it’s a glimpse into the future of shopping, where innovation meets customer experience.” The store offers a seamless shopping journey with advanced features like FastPass and biometric or app-based visitor line activation.

Masood M. Sharif Mahmood, Chief Executive Officer of e& UAE, highlighted the transformative impact of AI and advanced technology on the retail experience. The EASE store at Dubai Mall showcases the convergence of AI and retail, providing customers with a unique and personalized shopping experience.

The store is equipped with state-of-the-art AI technology, smart shelves, robotics, and self-service check-out options. Customers can explore a wide range of products and services, including mobile and fixed-line products, accessories, handsets, devices, and trade-ins. Payment options have been enhanced with support for Apple Pay and Samsung Pay on the e& UAE app.

Located on the second floor of Dubai Mall, the EASE store represents a significant step towards the future of retail, where AI-driven insights and customer-centric approaches redefine the shopping experience. With a focus on digital transformation and simplifying the customer journey, e& UAE is setting new standards in the retail industry.
